Help, FAQs, and how to reach us
mNeuroMap is a cognitive wellness assessment tool designed to help adults monitor brain health over time through a research-informed questionnaire (PBWA — PathoBrainSeq Wellness Assessment).
mNeuroMap is a wellness and educational tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or any other condition. All medical information in the app is sourced from peer-reviewed research and clinical guidelines (see in-app Sources section). Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.
mNeuroMap is free to start: unlimited check-ins, and today’s score after each check-in. Score history, trend charts, results for each area and summaries are part of mNeuroMap Plus; family profiles come with Premium. Plus, Premium and Precision are optional monthly subscriptions managed through the App Store or Google Play. New Plus subscribers can start with a 7-day free trial where eligible. See Plans for details.
Assessment data in our cloud database (Google Cloud Firestore) is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, and administrative access to it is restricted and logged. Our security practices are aligned with HIPAA security standards, and we support GDPR and CCPA data requests (access, correction, deletion, a copy of your data). Personal information is never sold to third parties. You can delete your data in the app, or ask us at infor@pbseq.com. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Yes. From the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. All data associated with your account will be permanently removed within 30 days. You may also request deletion by emailing infor@pbseq.com.
An optional profile photo can be added during account setup. Camera and photo library access are used only for this purpose. You can skip this step or revoke permission at any time in iOS Settings.

The PBWA is based on validated cognitive screening literature and is intended for wellness self-monitoring. It is not a clinical diagnostic instrument. Results should not replace evaluation by a qualified healthcare provider. All medical references in the app are cited within the relevant sections.
On the login screen, tap your preferred sign-in method. Apple ID and Google sign-in require a one-time authorization. Email sign-in requires a 6+ character password. Guest mode allows app exploration without an account, though results will not be saved.
mNeuroMap is designed for adults age 18 and older. Older adults (50+) are the primary intended users. The app is not intended for use by children.
An internet connection is required to sign in and sync results. Once an assessment is started, basic functionality continues offline; results sync when connection is restored.
Visit the About PBWA section in the app for clinical references, or read our research at pbseq.com.
